Why arrow stop moving?

Sometimes,when I log into a server,I get to the charselect screen...but My arrow cursor gets stuck in the top corner and wont move no matter what. Can anyone help? Please?

Ctrl + Alt + Del, close TaskManager and click on EverQuest.exe on your taskbar.

Will recapture the mouse for EverQuest.
