Play w/o patching?
 

How do I play without patching the new GoD patch on live so I can still play EQEmu? Thanx in advance~~ :)

If you were patched up until before the 10th, you are fine and can play... But, if you just installed EQ and havent patched up to live (again before the 10th), you will have to wait until the devs make it work with the new patch...

You need to run eqgame.exe using the patchme command line.

Create a shortcut to eqgame.exe and in the target box make it look like this:

"C:\Prgoram Files\EverQuest\eqgame.exe" patchme

What he is saying is that he needs to patch but if he patches he can't play EQEmu I believe,

This thread is irrevlevant. Look at the date. It is over 1 month old... This was before 0.5.5 came out..for the Feb 10th patch......
