We just purged inactive accounts from the database, meaning if you've never activated your account ( loged into forums ) your account is no more..

Is there a fix to this? probally but I don't know how yet ^__^ lala.. so hang in there.. hahahah

Uh Oh! I can see a RAIN of people that dont know how to read, asking this about 800 times "why cant I log in?" hehe Maybe you should post this as an announcement in ALL forums...

Great, now I can't login. I setup my account and basicly went right to playing on Guildwars server and this morning I could't login...great.

Even though I re-created my account, I can login now, but can't get to my toon on Guildwars. I guessing there's some messed up association between the the login server and my toon stored on the Guildwars server.

Could you please reload the old user database and redo this purge after warning everyone they need to login here to make sure their accounts are active.

There is a connection - your login on here is your account on there. Your toon on GuildWars (or any server) is stored on your username on the forums. Changed your forum account, loose your characters.

So a reload of the pre-purged userbase could fix the problem...can that be done. Only people who signed up in the last day would have to re-create thier accounts and not loose thier toons and anyone who hadn't logged in here could so they don't lose thier toons.

I had 2 accounts created as I planned on dual boxing, so I never logged in here with the account that ended up being my main.

Im in the same boat.

Both my account and my roomates account never recieved a confirmation email so we had no way of "activating" our forum account.

Ill gladly pm our email info if that would help.
