Create Name?
 

Wondering if anyone else has had this problem. It has been mentioned on the forums but not really clerified. When I create a character I can't find the Name window and when I click next screen I crash out, I think due to not entering a name. Any solutions? Thanks in advance.

I have the same issue if I use a pre-GoD eqgame.exe with 0.5.3 DR3. You can try to add a character directly into the database which is what I'm trying to do... FQAdmin... at least the latest.. doesnt seem to create the profile blob correctly so you'll have to do it yourself. Not sure if you'll be able to get in even with that though.

Only other solution is to wait for them to release 0.5.5 DR1.

Yeah, I just logged onto the 5.5 server and it went to the next screen where you select the name...now for the waiting game.

If you have an old pre-GoD version of the UI files you should be able to create a new character.
