Cannot find zone file PLz Help!!
 

Ok i login and everything like that i load all the files and after i try to get on with a char it starts like its gonna zone in but then it goes to my desktop and says cannot find like qeynos file and says if i have two or more directories to run it fromt he directory that has it but i have only one directory so help plz!

Run EQPatcher.exe

Ok guys i have patched since the 22 but i try to log onto the ones iam supposed to log on to but i load everthing right and i make a char and everything but when i go to zone in it says i am missing a zone file whats up with that need help bad thnx :D

You are missing one of the zone files for some reason. Rerun the EQ patcher and under advanced select all the expansions. Then run a complete file scan to make sure it gets them all.

Ok i couldent find the patch for the whole everquest but i found like vpatch and kpatch and optpatch i am running k patch right now and its dlin alot of zones and i ran vpatch it also but i still cant find a patch for reg everquest so some help whould be good hehe thnx

instead of running eqgame.exe like you would to play on eqemu, run everquest.exe in the same directory, then do as animepimp suggested.. Then you will have to redo your eqhost.txt file, as the patch will fix this to login to eqlive not eqemu...

Ok i did that but you know how you said it should fix my eqhost and make it to logon to EQlive well it dosent it dosent find it!!! weird huh i think thats why it dosent find anything wrong with everquest its being gay.......well i still got on eqemu at my friends so iam happy for today lol thnx all

is the start dir the same dir as you everquest install?

Yea its the same i made sure of that the first time i got the error thats what it says to check before i do anything else :cry:

dig out the ole install disks and reinstall.. bout the only thing left
