#race Problem
 

I've search theese forums for an answer though i havent found any, so here it goes.

My eqemu seems to be fucked up or there is something wrong elsewere :p

I dont change form at all times when i type #race [number]
for some reason. It makes me human. Is it so that i cant transform me to one of the animals out there? i did beetle and it worked fine, but when i try anything else, it doesnt work, for example "a nightmare". Very annoying :cry:

I hope some of you guys can get me an answer.

Not all models are loaded into every zone. If you try to turn into something whose model is not loaded, you will become a human.

In other words i cant transform into any model of my choice in all zones?

You can force load models into a zone, see the post - do a search.

Unless a model is global or loaded for a zone though you will always see the human, the command is not broken :P

Also, remember just doing a #race command will NOT make you change permanently. It will only make you change until you zone. There is another command for that (cant seem to remember what it is ATM LOL, but if you do a #help race in game it will show you all the commands related to race).....

permanate race change is #permarace <#> w/o the < and > just the number. make sure u got the right target though, ive turned a user into a frog on accident once -=/
