server with quests

does the live eqemu test server have the quests or are there other servers with quests?

Each different server has quests of their own... If you look at Winter's Roar, it has a totally custom set of quests... Some are closer to Live, but custom nonetheless...It all depends on what the server_op decides to put in as quests...
