Looks fairly nice, but loads VERY VERY slow... I dont know if it is a routing issue, or what, but just that one picuture on the main page took me about 3 minutes or so to load, and it never finished before I lost patience (that is why I bought DSL, so I dont have to wait so damn long for things to load haha)... Otherwise, looks nice..

I like the site... If you don't mind me asking, where is that at?

Both sites are painfully slow loading. I waited about 15 seconds and closed them out. The first one tried to install some spam-ware stuff on my pc, so that's an instant close in my book. :)

Sorry I don't have much constructive criticism. I'm just not patient when it comes to browsing. If a site takes too long to load, I move on. Perhaps if you made a "low graphics" site and a "rich graphics" site with the same content? Just a suggestion. :-D

i admitt Rex is right. Yah** is crapp, but it loads in less than 1 sec. on most systems. That's why it was my homepage for years.

Even if you don't mean to do a Yah** like, it's better to have a simple welcome page, where people can get a brief of what is in, what is new, ... and get links to more specific pages. It does not mean it has to be ugly, or sad, but it must not be 'intrusive' (duno if the word is right), rather 'inviting'. In the extra pages, you can add more complex or heavy stuff, as people have chosen to get in, they will accept the load better (i'm saying load time, but also information overload).

Still, it's a challenge to make a beautifull, fast-loading, comprehensive home page  . Just do it

It's just a personal opinion, anyway.
