Little help on running this server please

Ok got my server running and can log in but was wondering on how to make mysefl the serverop and set the access restrictions for others. Thanks in advance

use MySQL commands in DOS or download http://www.mysql-front.com and go to accounts > data browser

run

cmd

cd \eqemu

world.exe flag username 200
