Problems with Packet Collector and Windows XP

Hello all

I followed the instructions to install and run packet collector and it seemed to work fine untill I tried to ctrl-c the program at the end. When I do I get the Windows XP message box "PacketCollector.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience" Any one else have the same problem or know a fix?

Step 1 Download Wincap from here , install.

I had "same" problem and founed out I dit this wrong.
