How do I foward my Internal IP to my External IP?

I cant Tell you that without further information... If you could tell me the model of your router, what kind of connection you have, and whether you have a static IP or dynamic IP, I MAY be able to help you there... :)

im not on my computer right now but i have a linksys and my ip is narutolegacy.sytes.net
(something like that) i think that is dynamic |
goto http://192.168.1.1/Forward.htm forward the external port you want (9000+5999+<zoneserver ports here>) and hit apply
Should I pick UDP, TCP or both?
Both to be safe.
Ok I did it, it still doesnt work, do i have to do anything to enable them or something?
I don't know what you've read or tried while trying to solve your 1017, but have you read about the 1017 here?
http://192.168.1.1/DMZ.htm go to that and type in the end of your internal ip addy and your router will forward all ports to that ip. Though you should be careful when doing this as it does forward all the ports and you dont have the safety of being behind a firewall as the router will not serve as one when you set an ip to DMZ.
