I will bet he is asking whats the difference between EQEMu and EQ Live.

Oh..... everything and nothing...... Depends on what you want out of it. It will never be exactly like it, but there are some servers that mimic Live. There are also other servers that are very customized. Each server is different in it's own way. So, it's really hard to say what the difference is because it depends on which server you're talking about.....
