How do you make the server pvp?
 

Curius how you make the server PvP.


If i have this on the wrong post.. please let me know and while your at it.. let me know which topic this should go under...

its been 2ce that iv been told that i put a similar topic on the wrong Forum... next time let me know which one i should put it to...

I'd like to know that too. I know how to change it to guildwars, just edit it in the DB (if that even works i dunno).

I had someone else tell me that with the variables...
Pisses me off when they dont tell me all the information needed... where do i change that????

Start/run/cmd
mysql -u root
use eq;
insert into variables(varname,value) values('ServerType','1');

You can change that with FQadmin or in the mysql command promte itself :D

Lol, to make it guildwars go into a mysql program and go into the variables table and find the guildwars and change the value to 1...

And then recompile with GuildWars defined, and ask Devn00b for his database, and ask Image for all the extras etc...

Sorry, but that attitude isn't going to get you far. They told you what you needed to do, it's common sense it's SQL and if you have you server going you'll know how to use SQL.

It pisses me off when people are getting help (even when it's a simple question) but are not satisfied with the answer, even when it's correct. If you would spend five minutes thinking about the problem before posting in a random forum here, you would be able to solve 90% of the problems yourself. heck, it's all just common sense for most of it.
