World debug, quick help plz

I have been setting up the server and everything has gone fine. Im almost done and guide says "run WorldDebug.exe" and i dont have a worlddebug.exe....i looked back in the guide and its never even been mentioned before? help?

worlddebug.exe = world.exe

same with zone.
