bad user name/password

Well im VERY new to this, reading around, I made this account and when I tried logging into EQEmu after changing the host and such as the manuel says, it gives me that Error

Bad user Name/ Password and its a message from EQEmu

any help would be greatly appreciated

Also make sure that your caps lock isn't on.
