Problem with firewall???

Hi Guys,

Is there any way to check a pc which port is blocked by which program??? I'm asking because I'm getting 1017 and not having any firewalls installed or acitvated integrated firewall in Windows ennterprise server 2003. Or has this OS any other kind of firewall??

Any ideas?
