Nug Blazer's Custom Legit
 

Hello there, I am Jett, a few may know me on Raid Addicts, I am here to inform all of you about a new server called Nug Blazer's Custom Legit.

Who We Are:
Cripp and Jett are the Developers, Cripp does the DB work(Quests, Zone Connects), Jett does Serverside work(spawns and loot.) Server is also run off the computer of Cripp.

About the Server:
The Server is 100% custom, with the exception of real eqlive items.
Every player starts in the nexus, where you will find various NPC's, ranging from Guild Masters, Merchants, and Quests.

Server Specs:
CPU: Intel Pentium4, 2.6ghz
RAM: 1 GB dual channel DDR ram
Graphics: Geforce FX5600 256mb ram
HardDrive: 80gig, 7200RPM, 8mb cache
Connection: Cable

Hunting:
The First zone is Felwithe, which by server lore, was taken by the Orcs of Crushbone, the new player, ranging from level 1 to 15, will help the High Elves regain their home.

Second zone, is that of Tower of Frozen Shadow, 2 Important High Elves were taken captive by the Orcs, cursed and trapped in the tower, they give quests to help slay the undead, and other stuff. This zone is aimed for the early to mid level player, from level 15 to 25ish.

From 25+ the player must find out by themselves.

Aquiring Items:
The way advancement is done on the server is fairly normal, players will kill MoB's and loot their corpses, also, you can quest to receive Points, that can be spent on armor that does not drop in the zone.

Your website spammed me with adds, geocities didn't used to be that bad about it, but i had window chains going, (close one it opens another). aside from that looks like a fun project =) i will look for your server and login when i see it =)

I am running Zone Alarm and had only 1 little Geocities ad that closed when I shut down the window. No extra spam and no additional windows.

If I may make a suggestion...
Although you did provide some basic information regarding your server, it may help to attract some more attention if you at least post your lore/world history or what changes you have in mind that make it a customer-legit server. i.e. Enchanters can make pigs fly at will, necros can make any corpse a pet, etc...

sounds cool to me, hope they start the beta soon....

its only the 2 of us makin it, so progress is very slow :mrgreen:

Proboards is a good free forum hoster. As for web, Angelfire or Geocities is good for me :)

i had someone on here (forgot who) recommend http://www.hostultra.com to me. its awesome.

Actually, I'd recommend freewebs.com. They're just as free as Geocities and Angelfire but don't spam your viewers with adds. The only thing I've run into is that, if you use their system to make/edit web pages then you can only have 7 of 'em.

All they ask of you is that you include a footnote on each of your pages like the following:

i have split from my former hoster,Keabler(UrbelT on irc) and now hes being an asshole and stealing my server pretty much. He is going to use the zones I made, and going to use the name I founded. just a warning that Nug Blazers(Custom-Legit)[BETA] is run by an asshole who cant even make his own server, he has to steal other peoples work.
And when i do try to talk to him about it he ignores me like a little pussy.
