d3deverquest.exe Not asking for it

Ok i have the progam i am not asking for it by any means not giving it out eather but if you could tell me whats up with this error when i run it

The Procedure Entry Point_AIL_digital_master_volume@4 could not be located in teh dynamic link library mss32.dll

And At the Top it says d3deverquest.exe - Entry Point Not Found

I know this is not a File that is commonly used by ppl browsing these fourms but if anyone could help that would be great thanks :D

sounds like your program is using dx version that current eqclient isn't coded for any more. Similar thing happens when triing to use old "tutorial hack" to veiw zones. Call that was needed was not included with newest dll file (or sumthin along those lines =) )

Unless you are able to locate a copy of the correct mss32.dll for the version of the d3devequest.exe file you have, I think you are sol

edit- if you have an old RoK cd or classic eq disk, possibly be able to install into new dir and snag the mss32.dll from that one, may work...
