Please wait..." and then says it can't connect. How do I fix this? I am behind a router and have tried using every different IP in my ini files, 192.168.1.102, localhost, etc. None let me connect. I even disabled my router's firewall and port forwarded the ports required, still won't connect. Please help me troubleshoot this. My eqhost.ini: [LoginServer] Host=127.0.0.1:5999 I've tried every IP in there too, 192.168.1.102, localhost, etc. Please help :( |
I think both you and I are in the same boat, if I understand what I have read about similar situations throughout this forum, we have to either get a pre-patch version of the eqmain.dll or wait until there is a release that eliminates the problem. Happy waiting, and if you find any other solution, please post it.

Did you enable your username/password?
run dos program go to your EQemu folder with the server binarys in it. type world adduser eqemu eqemu 200 or world add user eqemu eqemu 200 Dont remember which one it is i havent used Minilogin in awhile. See if that works. Not sure if thats your problem or not. |
I'm up to par now, just can't do anything target based. :( One thing after another... /sigh
