where are all the non-legit servers?
 

Finnally after spending 2 days trying to get this to work I finnally get on. All I can find is the legit and semi-legit servers. Ugg hate to complain about somethign free, but seriously I spent plenty of time leveling my eqlive charactors, just wanna play around with a level 65 naked toon running through zones I probably won't ever see in regular eq.

Are they really rare now adays, or just bad timing on my part?

Non-legit servers do not last. Running one is just as stupidly boring as playing one, after a day or two.

wiz i crash trying to join your server, i can get to creat my char, but when i click next to ttype my name in it crashes, whats my prob?

Winters Roar runs 5.3 which is very old. You have to use a patcher from their site in order to get on it or you will crash trying to play.

On the join page is a section where you need to download an UI file. Do so.

I actually wouldn't so much mind trying to semi-legitly level up, but its hard to do that when you crash about every 2 or 3 zonings.

I hear you Jim, I've spent far too much time on EQLive and have started to put time into legit servers here. I'll like to see what the upper levels of this game are about w/o having to become a recluse to do so. I've tried the couple of non-legit servers listed in game with no success. Be nice to know I don't really like a class w/o having to waste all my free time to find out. Let me know if you make it in to one.
