About the World.exe login !!! Need some advise !!

** XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX is internet ip.
I am setting the LoginServer to eqemulator.net.
while I access to my server, it dosen't work and show [Error]
While I set all to locallan, it will said cannot connect to LoginServer and advise me to check the network. While local lan, I using 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.0.1 for testing, but also said cannot find login server.

Can anybody give me some advise about it ?
