My server is locked even though locked is set to false

Yeah your zone is never connected to your world server. So post the boot5zones.bat to see whats wrong with it.

*edit* u may want to look at the item DB is it up to date and do u have perl installed on the box u are trying to run this server on?

i got my server up and running and it works great no lag but theres one thing i need, the newest items that work with dr4

Ur zones arnt fully loadin.
This happened on my slow as hell laptop.
Took a while to fully boot.
What are u running it on?
