Populating servers

Is there any trick to populating the your servers with npcs/merchants/trainers etc? Is there a link or FAQ I can read for this?

Take a look in the worldbuilders forum, as a second place to look try http://eqemu.shownomercy.net

Instiallation depends on who's you get. But it involves loading or re-loading data into your mysql database. Like when you originally setup your database as described in the readme.
