Account Creation problem...

Again, i dunno the diference between Help and Support, so move it if you will. Heres my question. After i click accounts, it takes me to the accounts page, then i fill out all the fields, and click submit, but the thing keeps on saying Error on Page, what should i do???

Any help is greatly appreciated.
