Error in EQgame
 

Hey there,

I've tried to log in with EQW and the copied link to EQgame, but i keep getting this error when i'm logging in and trying to load to the SERVER screen : There's an error in EQgame please try again.
and then i get kicked to my desktop.

Is it because i patched today?

Thats not because you patched, but you probably won't be able to play because you patched. To fix that, download http://www.eqemulator.net/eqhost.txt and set it to read only.

That helped me a bit, i'm not getting kicked to my desktop now.
But i get to wait endless for the connecting to servers window.
Now something about the EQmain.dll file, please don't think that i want it from anyone. But if i delete it, en reinstal EQ wont i get the old DLL file?

No, I don't know what is with peoples obsession with eqmain.dll, but it's not going to do anything.

The file that would be reinstalled would be far to old to conenct to the servers, and like I've said many times, you need all the exes and dlls to be the right version to play, that one file will only let you on the login servers to see all the servers you still can't play.

How should i know, first time in my live i visit these damn boards.
But now i know,,,,, thanks, and i will wait till it's fixed i guess cause i cancelled my normal EQ acount
