Hmm intresting help?
 
ok hi i know i may sound like a newb but i have been playing eq emu for a while then i stopped i just started again and i changed my eqhost to

[LoginServer]
Host=eqemulator.net:5995

and i go login and it says logging into server and it just stays like that i mean my game doesnt freeze it just stays at that screen. i dunno if i have to wait really long or wat but i waiting like 5 mins and it just stayed at that.

ah nm matt was nice enough to help me =./ i found our it broke eqemu on june22 patch ah well i will look forward to the fix of it and while i wait i shall search my comp for that backup copy of eq

You have a space at the end take it out and make the file read only

Actually if he gets the logging in forever error that means there is not a space at the end because a space would crash EQ. The forums always add a space at the end of every line of every post so you can't tell if someone has a space or not. Which is also why all the tutorials say to copy and paste and delete the spaces because copying adds the spaces.

i already know why its not working cuz i patched to latest version tryin to find a backup copy on the web or on my comp lol.
