We have a new channel called #developers. This channel was designed with the purpose of gathering developers of major servers, devteam members, DB editors and quest team guys in one place to better facilitate communication between it all. You can hang out there and listen on what we're currently discussing, and if you have a question you can request a temporary +v to ask it. Come be cool with the devs.

Additionally, there are some major changes to the way the project is run in the works that will hopefully make this big machinery run much more smoothly, so stay tuned, ladies and gentlemen.

All Developers and PEQ Admins/Staff have been given access to the channel, and should make a habbit of joining the channel when connected (Add it to your ajoin, performs, etc.). If you are not given status and you think you should be, contact me. Thanks~

I was speaking about adding this sort of things with Scorp last week and im pleased to see this kind of things coming.
I will just hope this wont stop here, because there is way more to do.

So its a moderated channel? Erk.. the eqemu channel isn't even moderated.. but what you are saying is that we can go join and ask questions, but only if you see it fit? sounds kinda iffy to me.. other than that it sounds like a good idea, but perhaps you should open it without moderation. (if you don't like someone talking there is always the +b mode)

It might be changed in the future, but for now, it's +m. Bad experiences from #eqemu, mostly.

The purpose of the channel is for Developers to talk with eachother. It is NOT a support Channel, etc, therefor we do not want people walking in asking for help etc. So, if you want to say something DEVELOPMENT related, you ask someone in the room for a temporary +v.
