plugin.pl not found :(
 

I currently have a recent Perl enabled source and have Perl installed, when I try to log into the game, my zone.exe returns a warning telling me that I am missing my plugin.pl.
(yes there is a post on this by someone else but it is an inconclusive flamefest.)
I used perlactive and I have reinstalled perl, I have no resolution. I have managed to get rid of the error by creating a mock plugin.pl file into my emu directory, however I plan to create quests and I am not sure if this will cause problems... I have yet to create or use any quests and my knowledge is limited, so at the moment trying would only further frustrate me, not knowing if my errors are comming from the plugin.pl or from other areas.

Anyone have any ideas?

Plugin.pl is a plugin, so not needed "for the moment". But as dispatch was added in latest eqemu CVS, im sure plugin.pl will be used soon.

We use it on EQA, i suggest you to read post about smogo "Lazy Perl Quest Writter".
Just skip plugin.pl if you dont know really well what you are doing :/
