if i dont know how to do C++ can ihelp in any other way to the development of EQEmu?

C++ is only a part of te eqemu project, eqemu is also a DB, and peoples now start to work on client develepment / Mod eqemu, so yes, you can help the eqemu community even if you dont have any knowledge in C++.

what do you mean client development?

Some people are wanting to develope their own EQ client to replace the existing one. That requires even more deep programming, but they would also need graphics and stuff done too, but they haven't even really gotten started yet.

As far as EQEmu itself goes, no, it's strictly C++, really. There are, however, some projects dealing with EQEmu, like the DB project, that you could probably help out with.

I think FreakU is written in C or something, so don't even go there.

lol yeah databases i can do pretty well actually. but what could i do to even improve the existing db's out there? MW_alpha (long name dont remember it all) has alot already...
