New crash to desktop prob

Ok just when I thought it was safe..

I went to login.. picked my server just as usual.. picked my character, then bam, crash to desktop. Weird I thought.. so I went to log back in.. and I got the Bad login/pw screen, can't even get back into my origional account.

Any suggestions?
