When booting a zone manually in game.. The ZoneServerID refers to what? I thought it would be 127.0.0.1:799x But it says Error: Zone ID not found or something. Not really worried about it.. Just playing around with commands is all.

Also, some zones, ie: PoTimeb 0, 0, 0 only 2 of the 4 spawns will spawn.. Is there an Admin tool I could use to auto spawn the rare/common/placeholder spawns in every zone?

no. they don't exist in your database. you'd have to create them
