srry for new thread but i have "errors"

everytime i try to start up Everquest the eqgame.exe it says it has encountered an error and that its "sorry" for the inconvenience :roll:

anyone know what to do?

Rerun the patcher nad ask sony if it continues to crash as soon as you run it.
