Well before it was moved I had:
amd duron 800 256 megs of ram (had meant to upgrade it to about 768) 2.1 gig hd 1500k/300k cable connection Far as speed was concerned it ran it fine, but I had alot of problems with people going LD all at once. I think it was due to the not so great upload speed I got. When it was moved to frizz's server the LD problem went down alot. Right now its not up anywhere though. Seems like there is alot of people unable to connect to the emu, so we are just going to wait till a good chunk of people are able to play on .5.9 before putting it back up. And your right useing search it can be a waste of time. I guess it just depends what your searching for. If its something simple it works, but more often then enough you get alot of crap with it. A person can spend hours useing search, or they can get 1 person willing to spend 1 minute to give them a helpful reply. |

But in this fact, onejessman was looking for answerS to one question, and sorry, but i dont see the interest in reinventing the wheel ever and ever. And dont come say me this take hours to find an entry in a search engine, type "server hardware", and the post i linked is the 13rd entry, if you dont know how to use a search engine, go make a google class or whatever. |
