When i go to this page http://www.eqemulator.net/eqresetauthrequest.php
To do as it says in the guide under the EqEmu forum,
i type in all the information, and im taken to a white screen that only says the following:

Duplicate entry '' for key 3



I'm wondering what the problem is. Any help?

You don't need to use that anymore.

Use the loginserver on port 5994 and use the username/password that you created when you created a login server account.
