CVS Files

Sorry if I missed this somewhere but where can I get the CVS files from?
I checked on sourceforge and they appear to be 4 months out of date and wont compile.

Get the newest zip from the files section on sourceforge (3.1.1)
they dont check this code into sourceforges cvs..
