Inactive or deleted account.

I just came back after a one year break from the Emu, and one of my old accounts is seemingly deleted and the other is inactive. How can I reactivate the inactive account and is there any way of getting the deleted one back?

That far back there have been a few wipes to keep the fourm size down sorry but i don't see u geting that acount back :s
