Items Database Idea

Concerning my previous post. I decided to create a webservice for everquest items.

Once i have this done ill provide you with the webmethods and source for anyone that would be interested.

What exactly are you trying to accomplish?

Lucy is already there for looking up items, and will continue to be the best resource because it's updated constantly and has a huge following of people collecting items for them.

I think he's talking about a SOAP/XML-RPC service for interfacing the EQEmu DB, which would actually be a neat idea.

since alot of servers use mostly/all custom item dbs, i dont see the point
