PC and NPC Mesh and texture editors
 

I think this is the right spot for this, so here goes.

Is there any PC and/or NPC mesh/texture editors in existance or in the planning?

Also are there any file format converters for these files around or in the makeing?

I am not asking for them, if I read the rules right, that is not accepted. Just asking if it is known if they exist.
