Mana Bug in 6.0 DR2

Not sure if this is known or not, but I noticed on my server, when someone casts a spell, no mana is deducted from the mana pool. Atleast I have tried this with a level 65 ranger and he never gets charged mana points. This is on a Redhat 9 server too and I use the PEQ_Kunark DB.
