How do you make it so that when you load into a webpage that has a template it doesnt have to load the template over and over and over again every damn time. I have IE newest.

For starters get rid of IE newest :P

No, that's not the case, it's some sort of setting I must have clicked before when trying to repair my internet. I guess i'll have to fix it on my own then...
