I'm completely new, having timeout erros at login FIXED
 

Hello, I've played EQ before and I updated it today for the heck of it 11/11/04, before i decided to give this stuff a try. I am a dialup user. I've followed the guide... yes I did the eqhost txt thing, yes its readme, no no spaces no returns...

Is is supposed to look just like regular eq? is there a cookie or something i need to delete as its remembered the server i played on a LONG time ago as well as my station id for the regular eq?

Any help?

"ok heres the deal with timeout at login.
There is an extra space after the last bracket of the [LoginServer] line, remove it and you will not timeout. Save it and again make sure it is Read Only. "
