Daeken's Stance On The Legality Of OpenEQ
 

Ok, here's my stance on this, since I've heard many people bring it up.

I do not care one bit about the legality of this. I feel that it is well within the realm of fair use. If I felt bad about the project, I wouldn't work on it.

So if you have doubts about the legality, either contact a lawyer or don't use it. I'd rather not hear anything more about the legality unless you're a lawyer or have just spoken to one about this project (e.g. not "well, i was talking to a lawyer once and he told me about blah blah blah")
