INSTALLING IO::Scalar
 

I followed the HOWTO: host a 6.0 server on windows guide and even checked the error source for a solution on installing it. When i type Install IO::Scalar it goes through some stuff and then gets to " Fetching with Net::FTP:" then says it cannot fetch it. After that it goes on about issuing somthing to my directory, any ideas?
Another thing, when i run boot5zones it loads the items then i barely catch somthing about a problem with one of the spells files, i think its .en, after that there are a few more lines and i saw " blah blah blah, Installed IO::Scalar?" after that all 5 prompts close, anyone else getting that or know what to do with it?
