NPC Spawner?
 

Not sure if there is anything like this already, but atm I can't even play on my own swerver, I have to rely on GM's to spawn my mobs, It would be cool if there was some tool that would Spawn mobs for you maybe useing the map files for locs, maybe even going as far as to add in a model viewer that changes as you change it's race ect....
