New Patch?

Hey all Im new to these forums but i been on EqEMu for a while just havent been lately...Im currently reinstalling EQ again and according to what ive read i cant get around the live patch after install so I cant play EqEmu yet? (Just wanna make sure) and alos not sure if I missed this but will I be able to play the new expansions (GoD, OoW etc..) or will i have to download them elsewhere? Thanx in advance and srry if posting in wrong forum..acting noobish etc.... :roll:
