Looking for a new DB

i'm still kinda new to this, is there a way someone can post a link to a good DB for me with a readme in it?
i lookin for one that has some zones populated.. i don't remember which one i ahve right now..

anyway, lemme know if there are any newer dbs out there.. or readme's for creating spawnlogs or somethin
