Sweet work mwmdragon, just what myself and I know a bunch of others were looking for. Quest writing for dummies.....This helped me out a ton.

Now if you can put out a "How to add a loot table to spawned mobs for dummies" I will be set =).

Look for a program called IEQ, best thing for loot tables, faction, editing NPC's ect.
