Current List of ALL Zones

Is there a link to a list showing each zone with abbreviation?

I tried the emu main site page but first off it was tough to read and blacked out also not up to date.

Thanks -

1. I know it has all the zones, but doesn't allow anyone to download the database.

2. I'm new to this community and am trying to help out as I gain knowledge of how things work.

3. I've spent countless hours searching the forums, don't classify me with everyone else new to the community that posts request for generic tutorials! I've had my server up and running, I had problems with a few things and got the answers I needed.
