Tutorial is this post, but also all post in this section named tutorial !
Just choose what you need :) Since broken link in first website page, there is no easy way for make a EQ server. You must go in tutorial section, read tutorial who speak about what you want( my advice: read more than one tutorial)
and take many many many patience. If you have a question about something, use support section for ask (don't forget search button before :p).

Mhh i you don't understand what is a database, you have some problems with eqemu installation ;)
For make an eq server, you need programs and database (in sql format)
Read one guide about how make a server, all explain where download database (i suggest you : http://www.projecteq.net ).

If you have this file can send to me?do you have oicq or icq or other message software.
