New EQEmu Patch
 

Hey all, I was just curious when there was going to be a new EQEmu Patch to live, because I had to reformat and patched to live .. and now I cant play, so if u could give me a heads up on when EQEmu will be patching up to live, Thank's.

Ehhh, from what I think your asking, and what I've gathered looking at different peoples projects and sites, like caveman and stuff. H8 to say it, but a LONG time till we're patched up to live, their are things you can do though.

There are things I can do eh? Like what? I dont like S2k too much .. gets really boring, no offense Scorp, WR .. tried it, too legit for me :P I sorta like Custom-Legit like S2k but it has to have more then just that .. like Deathbringer's Custom-Legit server ... that was AWSOME, I loved that one.

Um, from what is being posted by fathernitwit it isn't far until we are up to live. As a matter of fact, there is a live compatible beta being tested. It has many problems, hence the beta. I'm sure the devs will pump out something before DoN so I don't think you'll have to wait that long. And as for something else to do, http://www.shardsofdalaya.com

ShardsofDalaya is a private legit server that runs off a seperate World History then normal EQ does. The leveling seems a little faster then a normal Emu server.

The population at any given time now is about 120+ online and everyone is rather nice. It's a fun server if you're willing to try something new.

Nice, I will definately have to check this out, and what...are there legends like magelo profiles? Err...excuse me, Wanelos? heh...

I can't seem to get EQW to work anymore, me and my archaic ways of playing EQ, what's the run command for eqgame? .....eqgame.exe "patchme" or something similar?
